All prices are listed in euros (€)
The company is not a VAT payer, in accordance with Article 94(1) of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1), so VAT is not charged

Prices may change without prior notice. The final price at checkout is valid at the time of order confirmation. 

5. Delivery 

Delivery is provided by contracted partners (e.g., Pošta Slovenije, GLS, etc.). 

The standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. 
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal 

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. 

To do so, the customer must send an unambiguous notice of withdrawal to info@ballora.si. The item must then be returned within 14 days. 

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. 
The provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products once the packaging has been opened, due to hygiene and health protection reasons. 

8. Complaints and Warranty 

In case of a material defect (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product. 

Attach proof (photo, order number, etc.). 
If the complaint is justified, we will replace the product or issue a refund

The provider is not liable for any damage arising from website downtime, errors, or incorrect information not caused intentionally.
